- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size issues or defective products.

Damaged / Incorrect Items
- Report within 48 hours of delivery.
